Where would you like to get started?

There’s no greater feeling than helping someone own a home, whether it’s their first or their fourth, so knowing all the programs gives me a tremendous advantage when compared to most people in this industry who just don’t know all the options available to borrowers. I love saving people money and improving their lifestyle. There’s no greater compliment than when someone shows how thrilled they are with my service and asks me to help a friend or family member. It truly is an honor.

Here are just a few of the programs I offer:

  • Pledged-asset financing programs (keeps high-yield investments working for you)
  • Doctor homeownership program (perfect for recent or future med school grads)
  • Renovation loans (ready to add to or improve your home?)
  • Vacation home loans
  • Income property financing
  • First-time homeowner tax credits of up to $21K
  • Military Veteran homeownership assistance
  • Down payment assistance programs

People are genuinely surprised when they can reach me in the evenings and on weekends; and that I’m always glad to hear from them. Over the last 25 years, my clients have always known they can reach me when they have a question or need me to help someone who matters to them. I know some questions won’t wait until the next business day… that’s why I’m here.

Born and raised in La Grange, IL, I graduated from St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before serving as a U.S. Naval Officer (Aviation and Supply Corps). I graduated with honors in 2012 from the Executive MBA Program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I’ve raised three children who’ve gone on to college and beyond. I’ve been helping thousands of families in Hinsdale and throughout Chicagoland own homes since 1990.

When I’m not cheering on the White Sox, Blackhawks or the Fighting Illini, I can be seen walking my Champion Giant Schnauzer (aka, Bauzer D. Schnauzer) around town or volunteering for various village committees and fundraisers. I love this town and love giving something back whenever I can. I’ve never known friendlier neighbors.
