Derek and his team were great! We are currently enjoying our new home. They told us exactly what we needed. Always go with a local company, especially GLMF. I will recommend this team to our family and friends. Thank you to Derek and his staff. We are forever grateful.

It can be tough to get financing when you're self employed like I am. Derek, Ron, and their team made the normally stressful process of buying a home and refinancing a duplex go smoothly. They absolutely know what they are talking about when it comes to mortgage funding, and their wide range of creative financing options allow them to craft the best mortgage for your particular situation. And they take the time to educate you on the process which can be intimidating at times. These guys are incredibly attentive and will stop at nothing to deliver great service. They have helped me with financing on multiple occasions delivering a home buying experience unmatched to anyone I have previously worked with. Thank you.
