    It can be tough to get financing when you're self employed like I am. Derek, Ron, and their team made the normally stressful process of buying a home and refinancing a duplex go smoothly. They absolutely know what they are talking about when it comes to mortgage funding, and their wide range of creative financing options allow them to craft the best mortgage for your particular situation.     I had another loan on my home fail to appraise where I wanted it to come in at. After spending $500 and multiple weeks with another lender, I was referred to Derek and Ron at GLMF and not only did they get the job done in 28 days, but the home appraised where I thought it should so I wasn't out of pocket to make up the difference. I will be using GLMF for all my future home lending needs.

    For the first time applying for a mortgage. I didn’t know what to expect at all. Ron and the office at GLMF Wixom we’re so very helpful throughout the whole experience. The combination of communication and the very helpful app they use. Really makes things easy to send and receive information to add to your file.
